After 32 years in the real estate business, we know what it takes to put a transaction together.  Our philosophy is Win /Win and we can offer suggestions that satisfy both parties in the negotiations. Seldom do we conclude negotiations on a sour note.  We are often hired to conclude negotiations on the purchase, sale or lease of a real estate asset that is already underway by the interested parties.  In such cases we are careful not to be seen as “experts”; hired to do harm to the other party.  Rather, we see our roll as facilitators to conclude negotiations or stay in the background in an advisory roll until negotiations are concluded.
